I've been privileged in my career to do meaningful work in organizations like Shell, Microsoft, Givaudan and Russell Reynolds - shaping workplace cultures where every person has the opportunity to thrive and realise their potential.
Too often, culture and inclusion advisory work is seen as a luxury reserved for large companies and multinationals, with solutions tailored for senior executives. I want to change that.
My mission is to make inclusion practical, accessible and impactful for small and medium-sized enterprises - where it matters most: on the frontline, where products are made and services are delivered.
